Keo provided Design-Build services for the renovation and improvements of Phases 1, 2, & 3 at Riverside Park in the City of Detroit. Scope of work included all related design, engineering, permitting, and testing work for Phases 1, 2 & 3. Demolition of various site features. Installation work include: soil erosion and sedimentation control features, vault toilet building, aggregate parking lot(s), asphalt walking trails, parking lots, and driveways, new picnic shelter(s), new full-service comfort station, new playscape areas with protective rubber surfacing and EWF complete with drainage, sport fields and diamonds, lighting, modifications to existing building, boat launch improvements, basketball court w/acrylic coating, landscaping, boulders, bollards, fencing and maintenance strip(s), bio-swales and storm water control features, utilities, various site amenities, signage.
