Keo is currently working on this CM project for the Archdiocese of Detroit the work included: The construction of a new Gymnasium, Kitchen, Stage area, and Classroom. The work includes Carpentry, Flooring, Painting, HVAC work, Fire Suppression, Low Voltage, Door and Hardware, Glass and Glazing, Exterior Metal Panels and Exterior improvement – Fence, parking lot and landscaping upgrades.
This project started slow due to zoning issues and the permitting took almost 5 months to complete, currently we are in the enclosure stage. Expected completion April 2020.
