The City of Detroit Recreation Department and Detroit Building Authority hired KEO to provide Construction Management Services for renovations and necessary improvements to the Kemeny Recreation Center. The Project is located in SW Detroit. Work included build-out, renovations and improvements. The DBA retained Ehresman Associates, Inc. to provide full architectural and engineering services for the Project.
