HOWARD STREET PARKING LOT RE-SURFACE

Keo was selected by the General Services Administration (GSA) to perform work at the McNamara Federal Building -Howard St Parking Lot. The work included: strip existing pavement, update underground structures and underdrain, install new exterior lighting, relocate existing electrical service and access control, regrade and reconfigure the parking lot, pave and stripe, remove and install new decorative fence and vehicular/Pedestrian gate tied to the building access controls (including new operators)

As part of this project, KEO was also required to carry out sealcoat paving and exterior concrete work. The project was ongoing while the partial parking lot was open for the agencies to occupied while maintaining full security.
