Teaming up with DiClemente Siegel Design Inc. on this Design-Build fast-tracked Guaranteed Maximum Price project involved the construction of an approximately 3,600sf clinic facilitated by the Henry Ford Health System located within the existing Mumford High school.
This new clinic is comprised of a lobby, new office space, exam rooms, a conference area and restrooms. The space was gutted and provided with new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Color selections and finishes were chosen to brighten up the space and provide for an “inviting” feeling. KEO Team began demolition and procurement of long lead items to maintain the 3-month project schedule. Working diligently with the Architect and the Owner, KEO completed the construction of this new facility within a completely occupied school within schedule and budget.
