Keo provided construction management services, as well as, maintained operations of the Air Traffic Control Center in Memphis, TN. Work included the removal and replacement of (4) VFD; installation of new conduit, circuits, wiring, pull boxes and feeders; Fire Alarm disconnect and testing of loops and fire modules. Work on the 2nd Floor AHY 510, 515, 520 included installation of new belts, shaft bearings, fan modules, vibration isolators, flex connections, chill water coils, shelves and CW strainer screens. Service Building work included removal and installation of new louvers, motorized dampers, bird screen, 120V damper motors and filters as required. Room B110 work of removal of existing conduit, wiring and controls to exhaust fans; furnish and installed new Greenshank exhaust fans and provided weather seal and maintenance as required.
All work performed required pre-work testing and balancing for design rpm’s, supply air CFMs, amp ratings, vibration & Safety inspection with local FAA Engineer as witness. All rebuilt units were inspected, tested & retested to ensure capacity amp ratings & CFM per requirements were met.
