KEO welcomes our Detroit Public Schools Interns for Summer 2011. As dedicated supporters of our community, we are committed to mentoring our youth. Students are teaming up with project managers, site superintendents and office management to learn the ins-and-outs of the construction business. KEO is also a proud donor to the DPS Foundation. We hope to provide opportunities and life experiences students can benefit from for years to come!
Greater Emmanuel
The work included the conversion of two storefronts into one to accommodate the new facility. A new roof was installed, a new entry was added, and the facade was refaced with CMU and brick veneer.
Detroit Central City
KEO carried out major renovation work for the main entrance lobby of this facility. The renovation included new electrical and security monitoring systems, lighting, flooring, countertops, wall partitions and a concrete, handicap accessible ramp.
Brewer Recreation Center
In 2003, KEO teamed up with DiClemente Siegel Design Inc. and carried out the Pool Mechanics Assessment. Subsequently, a year later, KEO was awarded the Pool Mechanics Rehabilitation Project. KEO evaluated and carried out remediation services of the...
