On the 2nd of March, 2009, KEO submitted the low bid for the Detroit Recreation Department's renovations of the Corrigan Playground in Detroit. KEO is looking forward to commencing work on this project.
The work included the conversion of two storefronts into one to accommodate the new facility. A new roof was installed, a new entry was added, and the facade was refaced with CMU and brick veneer.
KEO carried out major renovation work for the main entrance lobby of this facility. The renovation included new electrical and security monitoring systems, lighting, flooring, countertops, wall partitions and a concrete, handicap accessible ramp.
