Teaming up with Partners in Architecture, KEO & Associates completed Design-Build Services for the renovations of this 9,000sf existing facility. Extensive demolition occurred throughout to make way for new Monitor wall, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and interior finishes.
A new mechanical system was incorporated with technologically advanced controls. A new state of the art network, AV system and Controls were installed to create a most needed Emergency Operations for the City of Detroit and Homeland Security agency.
The interior spaces were created to accommodate the step-down floor to achieve amphitheater space needed for the screens, a large policy room with technology and a folding glass wall as a divider.
This was a fast-tracked project that met owner ambitious timeline and budget.
